App Store Terms

Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern with respect to Apple's obligations and services.

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or functionality within the Apps. You use the Apps at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY CHAIR APPS LAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APPS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN QUESTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Updates and Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of an App.

Our Apps or website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
