Easy Chair Apps Lab, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile applications ("Apps") and this website.

Information We Collect

Our Apps are designed to be useful without collecting your personal information. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Apple Analytics

We may receive aggregated, anonymized usage statistics through Apple's built-in analytics platform (App Store Connect Analytics). This data is collected by Apple on your device only if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers through your iPhone or iPad settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).

This analytics data does not identify you personally. It includes aggregate information such as app session counts, crash reports, and performance metrics. We use this information solely to improve the quality and stability of our Apps.

Apple controls the collection and transmission of this data in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/privacy. You may opt out at any time through your device settings.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share any information about our users with third parties for marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because our Apps do not collect personal information from any users, no special treatment of children's data is required. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

iCloud Sync and Cloud Storage

Some of our Apps may use Apple's iCloud service to sync your data across your devices. When iCloud sync is enabled, app data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is not accessible to us.

If you prefer not to sync your data via iCloud, you can disable this at any time through your device settings (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → [App Name]) or by turning off iCloud Drive for the relevant app.

Data Security

Because we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data at risk on our end. Any data you store locally within our Apps remains on your device and is protected by your device's own security features. Data synced via iCloud is protected by Apple's security infrastructure and your Apple ID credentials.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
