Monthly Calendar
Tap any day to plan a shift — set hours, start time, and optional time-off type. Long-press and drag or tap Select to pick multiple days and apply a schedule at once. Planned days create events in your iPhone Calendar.
One-Tap Logging
Tap a day to record actual hours. The editor shows your plan alongside so you can spot the difference at a glance.
Time-Off Tagging
Mark days as PTO, Sick, or Holiday from a compact dropdown. Time-off hours are tracked separately and included in per-period totals.
Per-Period Totals
Regular hours, overtime tier 2, overtime tier 3, and PTO computed automatically for every pay period — no manual math required.
Reconcile Periods
Mark a period as reconciled once your payslip confirms it. Reconciled periods get a visual badge and move off your unresolved list.
Email Reports
Send a clean hours summary directly from the app. The email template is fully editable with a token system — mix and match period dates, hour totals, and a day-by-day breakdown.
